I tried really hard to measure things for you guys this time! Check it out:
Honey Hot Pork Chops
- 2 pork chops, trimmed of fat
- 1/4 cup honey, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (I didn’t have any fresh)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot chili sauce
- Place pork chops in a sprayed baking pan.
- Combine last 4 ingredients. Add or subtract chili sauce to taste.
- Bake in 350° oven for ~30 minutes.
I served ours with some couscous and some mushrooms/red pepper chunks sautéed in a little butter.
Easy peasy!
