Honey Hot Pork Chops

I tried really hard to measure things for you guys this time! Check it out:

Honey Hot Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1/4 cup honey, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (I didn’t have any fresh)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hot chili sauce
  1. Place pork chops in a sprayed baking pan.
  2. Combine last 4 ingredients. Add or subtract chili sauce to taste.
  3. Bake in 350° oven for ~30 minutes.

I served ours with some couscous and some mushrooms/red pepper chunks sautéed in a little butter.

Easy peasy!

    do you flavour the couscous at all?

    Depends on whether or not I’m putting sauce on it. This time I didn’t, but sometimes I add some chicken soup base or lemon/honey. Spices work too – you can do almost anything to couscous! :D
